Description:
The purpose of the Challenge Club is to support adults over the age of 16 years with mental health problems of varying degrees of acuity and severity which affects functional performance on the short or long term basis, by providing a positive environment through structured day program, outreach and individual case management. The Challenge Club offers non-threatening therapeutic psychosocial rehabilitation programs/groups such as: Structured Groups, Active Daily Living Skills Group, Creative Group, Communication Group, Holistic Lifestyles Group, Social Recreation/Peer Group, Special Events Groups, Drop-In, Outreach, Psychosocial Rehabilitation Case Management Model. Hours of service are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Challenge Club was established in 1986.
