Description:

The Vice President of Operations and CFT, acts as the Chief Financial Officer for the Hospital. The VP of Operations is responsible for the overall coordination of the operating and capital budget process for the Hospital and oversees the preparation of departmental operating budgets as well as the monitoring of actual financial  and statistical results in relation to expected outcomes.

The VP of Operations has overall responsibility for and provides management leadership for Finance, Health Records, Admitting, Switchboard, Information Technology & Biomed, Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory, Nutrition and Food Services, Environmental Services (Housekeeping, Laundry, Linen), Purchasing, and Maintenance.
